Enterprise Account Executive
YOOBIC is the leading AI powered frontline employee experience platform, focused on transforming the deskless workforce. They are seeking an elite Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales efforts in a greenfield territory, targeting high-value enterprise partnerships with major retail and hospitality brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the end to end sales cycle for the world’s most recognizable retail and hospitality brands
Partner with our Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC’s AI capabilities to complex enterprise pain points
Act as the "CEO" of your territory, building a high-velocity pipeline through sophisticated outbound strategies and thought leadership
Maintain rigorous forecasting and deal hygiene, leveraging our structured sales methodology to consistently crush your quarterly targets
Qualification
Required
Seasoned experience in a high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of closing $250k+ ACV deals
You are a disciple of MEDDPICC or Challenger and believe in the power of a structured, data driven sales process
You are credible in the boardroom, able to multi thread across C-suite personas (CEO, COO, CIO) to build consensus
You are a self starter who loves the 'grind' of pipe gen but also enjoys mentoring our BDR team to level up the entire organization
