Accounting Coordinator & Office Manager

They are seeking a highly capable Accounting Coordinator and Office Manager to support the site’s financial, administrative, and basic human resources functions, with a primary focus on bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
Accounts payable and timely bill processing
Timely cash reconciliation
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Purchase order management and revisions
Support month-end close and financial reporting
Work closely with the Controller and site leadership
Serve as the primary front-desk contact (phones, visitors, walk-ins)
Manage incoming customers and vendor inquiries
Support employees with administrative and office needs
Maintain office organization, supplies, and coordination
Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and confidentially
Administer employee benefits, including insurance enrollments and changes
Maintain employee records with discretion and professionalism
Assist with onboarding and offboarding

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
Previous experience processing payroll
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred

Experience supporting basic HR or benefits administration
Prior office management or administrative leadership experience
Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
