IT Administrator
Integrity HR is seeking an IT Administrator responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the client's IT infrastructure. This role involves managing infrastructure and network services, providing cybersecurity coordination, and offering technical support to staff.

Responsibilities
Administers and maintains on-premises and cloud-based (Azure) server infrastructure, including setup, configuration, patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Manages core network services including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and internet connectivity
Performs routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance monitoring
Maintains backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems; performs periodic testing and documentation
Assists with infrastructure-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and vendor implementations
Maintains system documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
Acts as the internal point person for cybersecurity alerts in coordination with client's Security Operations Center (SOC)
Reviews, triages, and responds to security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents
Performs remediation activities such as patching, configuration changes, access reviews, and endpoint isolation as needed
Assists with vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and security tool administration
Supports compliance, audit, and risk management efforts by providing technical evidence and remediation support
Escalates significant security concerns to the IT Director and leadership as appropriate
Curates and tracks annual cybersecurity awareness training for client Staff and Board of Directors
Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for client staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
Supports Microsoft 365 services including email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and endpoint management
Manages and implements SOP best practices for accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities
Performs onboarding and offboarding of client Board of Directors
Coordinates with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty support
Maintains inventory of IT equipment and assists with procurement and deployment
Attends on-site Policy Meetings to support AV/Technical needs of the meeting
Participates on staff committees as needed
Other duties as assigned
Upholds all policies, procedures, and values of the client
Understands and adheres to all client procedures and policies as well as the client Employee Manual and the client Office Procedures Manual
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years in IT systems support operations
Experience supporting Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms
Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory / Entra ID
Working knowledge of network fundamentals (firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs)
Experience responding to cybersecurity alerts and coordinating remediation efforts
Familiarity with endpoint management, patching, and backup solutions
Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
Ability to operate various office equipment including personal computers, wireless networking, phone systems, and copiers
Ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accountability for incident follow-up
Cooperative attitude and commitment to service excellence
Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or other technical field
Azure infrastructure experience (IaaS, networking, identity) strongly preferred
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred) a plus
