Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of a 2+ year HVAC installation project
Maintain ownership of scope, schedule, and budget for the project
Manage project schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate materials
Collaborate with other trades to meet project milestones
Process RFIs, ASIs, and Change Orders in accordance with contracts
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to control costs and delays
Maintain consistent communication with the GC, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Track project status, risks, and action items using project management tools
Provide strong field oversight; monitor material delivery, installation phases, and field coordination
Identify issues early and resolve them to keep the project on track
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing HVAC or general contracting projects in multifamily construction
Hands-on experience with VRV systems and high-end commercial projects
Strong track record of collaborating effectively with General Contractors
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management platforms
Preferred
PMP certification, OSHA 30, or formal project management training
Technical or college education in construction, engineering, or related field
