Responsibilities
Design and maintain signature print and digital materials, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns
Design digital and print materials, such as infographics, program branding, brochures, print signage for special events, and templates for letterheads, forms, and slide presentations
Coordinate CCI’s social media content and platforms, including content creation, comment moderation, and planning social media campaigns
Manage CCI’s email campaigns to coordinate with social media campaigns
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, digital design, fine arts, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva Pro, Figma, and Microsoft Office
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Knowledge of current design trends and branding principles
Experience with various social media platforms, best practices, and use of analytics
Skills in email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot) and use of AP style
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain branding consistency, and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, creative, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Proficiency in multiple design and multimedia software programs
Understand web content and UX/UI design
Experience with video editing
Experience engaging with external vendors/agencies
