Blue Bridge People is seeking a Desktop Support professional for a 6 month contract. The role involves building, configuring, and deploying Windows 11 workstations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex software, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities
Build, configure, and deploy Windows 11 workstations for corporate associates
Install and support hardware, operating systems, and productivity software (Office 365, OneDrive)
Security Software experience in support role, i.e Zscaler, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust; Have supported at 1st or 2nd level troubleshooting of Endpoint Security products and authentication to networks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues; escalate as necessary
Manage incidents and work orders through the ticketing system (e.g., SNOW Asset Management)
Perform diagnostics, quality assurance testing, and regular system maintenance
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and provide monthly status reports to management
Support and maintain enterprise environments, including Azure Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and Windows Hello for Business
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
2–6 years of experience in computer operations, deskside support, or hardware/software installation
Strong experience with Windows 11, OneDrive, Office 365, and Intune/SCCM
Knowledge of Azure/Active Directory and network fundamentals
Advanced skills in desktop/laptop repair and peripheral troubleshooting
Preferred
Familiarity with VMware/VDI environments preferred
Certifications: A+ and MCP highly desirable
