Responsibilities
Own seasonal and evergreen assortment strategies across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale for Fine Jewelry, Fashion Jewelry, and Lifestyle categories
Build cohesive line plans that balance hero styles, newness, price accessibility, and margin goals, working cross-functionally to ensure the line plans meet business needs
Define clear channel strategies (exclusive, shared, and differentiated assortments across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale)
Partner with Design, Marketing, Wholesale, and Retail to shape new collections that align creative vision with commercial needs
Direct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
Conduct comprehensive business performance reviews analyzing KPIs across the Jennifer Fisher business
Own and manage product calendars and key deliverables across all business lines to meet key selling periods
Ensure on-time execution of assortments, launches, and transitions across eCommerce, stores, and wholesale product lines
Ensure all product information, including pricing, materials, attributes, and channel-specific details, is accurately input into merchandising systems and clearly communicated to cross-functional teams to support on-time launches for all Jennifer Fisher channels and categories
Partner cross-functionally to proactively identify risks and resolve timeline dependencies
Analyze sell-through, AUR, margin, and velocity by product, category, and channel
Identify opportunities for assortment edits, reorders, and exits
Manage product lifecycle from launch through end-of-life, including markdown and exit strategies in collaboration with Planning
Support pricing architecture across fine and fashion categories
Collaborate with Planning on forecasts, buy depth, and inventory strategies
Present the line each season to internal teams, direct review meetings, including edits, board review, pre-costing, line reviews, adoption and post-season reviews
Partner with Marketing and eCommerce to align product launches and storytelling with business timelines
Work closely with Wholesale Sales to support sell-in, account-specific assortments, and delivery deadlines
Align with Retail on visual merchandising needs, product knowledge, and client behavior insights
Qualification
Required
8+ years of merchandising experience, with a strong focus on fine and fashion jewelry
Proven success delivering successful fine/fashion jewelry assortments across eCommerce, retail stores, and wholesale
Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A bias for action; proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Able to work seamlessly with Product Development, Marketing/Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail, and Operations
Highly proficient in Excel, proficiency in SAP preferred
Enthusiasm for the Jennifer Fisher brand and an understanding of the luxury consumer
