Responsibilities
Receiving and processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations and Buybacks
Communicate directly with individual stores in regards to shipments
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Follow quality service standards
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Become cross-trained in all areas of the distribution center and be able to fill-in where needed
Continuously work to improve efficiency with the distribution fulfillment process
Package, track, and ship devices
Promote the company's Core Values and adherence to those values
Collaborate pro-actively and successfully across departmental boundaries
Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Based on business needs to be able to stand or sit
Any other duties assigned by Leadership based on business needs/customer risk
Verify the accuracy of and timely transfer inventory parts into and out of Receiving Inspection locations
Using various tools to create inspection orders as needed to fulfill daily shipment needs
Monitor shipment levels and work with management to ensure a continuous flow of work to the floor

Qualification
Required
