Processing accounts for New customers both credit and COD, and project accounts
Gathering documentation for various aspects of job duties
Recordkeeping
Being organized and having a good follow-up routine
Working with the Regional Credit Manager in support of company goals
Providing excellent customer service
Learning how to understand and utilize various software programs including Eclipse Eterm and Solar
Qualification
Required
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
Paying attention to detail
Strong and clear communication skills both spoken and written
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
Inclination to working with numbers
Learning how to understand and utilize various software programs including Eclipse Eterm and Solar
