Responsibilities
Develop mechanical design drawings and documentation using CAD and/or BIM software
Collaborate with team members and project managers to define project requirements and deliverables
Ensure designs comply with all applicable mechanical codes, standards, and regulations
Participate in design reviews and coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines
Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and participating in site visits when needed
Demonstrate a commitment to respect, reliability, and service—and contribute positively to a culture built on trust and good character
Qualification
Required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AEC industry
Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD
Knowledge: Strong understanding of applicable and relevant industry codes
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Preferred
Certification: EI/PE preferred, but not required
Software Skills: Revit preferred
