They are seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) who will provide high-standard financial services, process transactions, and build relationships with members while promoting the credit union's products and services.

Responsibilities

Process over the counter financial services in an efficient and professional manner, referring more complex issues to the appropriate person or department. Transactions may include deposits, withdrawals, loans and utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, calculation of foreign and domestic exchange and cheque cashing
Balance transactions including ATM, night deposits and the cash drawer on a daily basis
Resolve routine problems with member accounts and deposit instruments referred by members and other branch staff

Required

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled in post-secondary education
Highly motivated individuals who will build relationships and promote our products and services to existing and new members of the credit union
Someone who would like to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the months of May through August
Attentive, detail-oriented people who can deliver excellent service
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for personal use

Preference is given to students who are pursuing business or applicable fields of study
