Responsibilities
Lead accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, payroll, and AP/AR
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
Deliver monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and executive reporting
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and banking relationships
Improve systems, reporting automation, and scalable financial processes
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
Act as a true business partner to leadership during growth, change, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Private equity-backed experience (required)
Comfort operating hands-on in day-to-day financial and accounting execution
Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Private equity experience required
7+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience
ERP experience required
Minimum 3 days onsite (hybrid/in-office)
Preferred
MBA preferred
CPA strongly preferred
NetSuite preferred
