Exploring Graphics- Sr. Sales Manager
Exploring Graphics, a division of Exploring, Inc., is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue and manage key accounts in the large-format graphics market. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with production teams to deliver high-quality graphic solutions.

Responsibilities
Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to drive sales
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site walks
Develop proposals and pricing in collaboration with estimating and production teams
Represent Exploring Graphics at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue targets
Manage and grow assigned key accounts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Maintain strong, professional client relationships
Ensure client satisfaction while driving repeat business
Possess strong working knowledge of large-format graphics estimating
Collaborate with production, finishing, and installation teams to:
Scope projects accurately
Select appropriate materials and production methods
Validate pricing, timelines, and feasibility
Clearly communicate scope, assumptions, and constraints to clients
Support smooth handoff from sales to production
Work closely with Project Managers, Production, Finishing, and Install teams
Participate in internal planning and scheduling discussions as needed
Address client issues quickly while protecting company interests
Qualification
Required
5+ years of large-format / wide-format graphics sales experience
Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth
Strong understanding of large-format print production workflows
Strong understanding of materials (vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates, wallcoverings, laminates)
Strong understanding of finishing and installation methods
Strong understanding of pricing and margin considerations
Experience selling to trade show, event, retail, hospitality, or experiential clients
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in the Las Vegas trade show or experiential market
Existing book of business or established industry relationships
Experience selling fast-turn or high-volume graphic projects
