Responsibilities
Serve as the technical authority for Siemens Opcenter (MES) and Teamcenter (PLM) deployment
Design system architecture and lead configuration for MES and PLM solutions
Ensure Siemens implementations support Navy shipyard engineering, planning, and production workflows
Collaborate with business analysts and shipyard stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Oversee system performance, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance
Provide technical guidance to junior architects and developers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field
Secret Security Clearance
10+ years of IT solution architecture, with at least one from-scratch MES implementation
Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter/Teamcenter configuration and deployment
Experience integrating PLM/MES with complex manufacturing or maintenance environments
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements and Navy IT standards
