Responsibilities

Lead and develop Account Managers and Inside Sales teams
Set KPIs, review performance, and coach for continuous improvement
Create and execute sales plans to grow market share and meet revenue goals
Manage account segmentation, territory planning, and pipeline performance
Monitor financials and adjust tactics to ensure profitability
Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects
Represent RTC in executive meetings and industry events
Identify growth opportunities and lead high-level negotiations
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and sales leaders to align strategy and drive growth
Work with HR and leadership on hiring, retention, and succession planning

Required

Bachelor's degree
8–10+ years of sales leadership in related industries
Proven success managing large accounts and delivering strong growth
Strong financial acumen and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred

MBA
POP/retail merchandising experience
