Responsibilities

A robust, efficient, and respected monthly IBP process that enables confident decision-making
Continuous improvements in key business metrics (e.g., increased forecast accuracy, reduced inventory, improved service levels) as a result of process enhancements
Successful implementation of IBP improvement projects, on time and within scope
A clearly articulated IBP strategy and roadmap, endorsed by senior leadership
A self-sustaining IBP culture, evidenced by a business-wide community of practice that is proficient, engaged, and accountable for running the IBP process effectively

Qualification

Integrated Business PlanningSales & Operations PlanningLean CertificationSix Sigma CertificationProcess ImprovementDecision-MakingProject Management

Required

7+ years of proven experience in designing, implementing, or leading a mature Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

Preferred

Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology is highly desirable
