Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting annual sales connect and ARPU goals in assigned territory
Responsible for a personal quota as well as the regional goal
Expanding the market reach via 3rd-party and agent relationships
Plan and execute high-impact local events to drive awareness and connects
Work with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to drive regional sales efforts
Interact with community leaders to further goals – Chamber, HOA’s, Elected Officials, etc
Drive and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, through contact with the sales team and the use of daily/weekly sales meetings, existing turf management tools and accompanying Sales Representatives on calls
Ensure Sales Representatives are meeting required sales goals and minimum KPI expectations
Provide direction, motivation and leadership to team members within the region
Assist with contract negotiations, difficult sales issues, and customers
Keep updated and report on competition in assigned region – this includes products and services sold, pricing, packaging and selling methods
Present a professional image to the Company's customers and suppliers and always maintain the highest ethical standards of conduct
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required
Valid driver's license required
College degree desired but not required in lieu of applicable experience
