Regional Asset Manager

Responsibilities
Support in Managing leasing, renewals, and occupancy strategies to meet revenue goals
Provide support in maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvement projects
Ensure compliance with local regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies
Assist in budget preparation and spend management
Provide support in monitoring monthly financials, and delinquency reports
Collaborate with Regional Manager on performance updates and strategic initiatives
Aid in motivating the onsite staff to deliver exceptional service, working well together with our property management
Assist in resolving resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
Foster a community culture that reflects the property’s brand and values
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience managing multifamily properties (DFW market preferred), Regional Manager Experience a Plus
Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g. RealPage, Yardi, Resman)
Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and onsite teams
Excellent communication (Spanish speaking a plus) leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Leading property takeovers and property management transitions preferred
Affordable housing experience a plus
