Responsibilities

Reimagine and lead execution strategy for corporate distribution, with a strong focus on field sales and national distributor partners
Drive industry-leading growth, especially through street-level demand generation and efficient field execution
Co-develop and deliver annual and quarterly execution plans and joint business plans with national distribution partners
Build and deploy execution playbooks with clear objectives, KPIs, tools, and resources to ensure consistent and scalable execution
Leverage data, analytics, and performance insights to prioritize opportunities and guide execution decisions
Influence and hold field sales teams accountable for execution outcomes, tracking progress and adapting plans as needed
Strengthen the company’s position as a preferred national brand partner through best-in-class execution capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable execution initiatives and surface risks, opportunities, and resource needs with urgency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in foodservice sales or commercial leadership
Demonstrated success working with Tier 1 foodservice distributors and field sales teams
Experience developing and executing annual and quarterly execution plans
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and project management skills
Solid financial acumen with a working understanding of P&L drivers
Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Preferred

MBA preferred
Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM, sales reporting, and BI tools preferred
