Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development and management for the live event industry. The Box Office Attendant is responsible for processing ticket sales and providing customer assistance at the Ticket Office.

Responsibilities
Works under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager
Projects professional appearance and manner
Provides information to patrons regarding performances and ticket policies
Provides customer service in all aspects of the Ticket Office, including phones
Utilizes Ticketmaster software to process ticket sales
Maintains accuracy in financial transactions
Assists in the enforcement of building policies for patrons
Provides assistance for patrons in emergency situations
Accountable for transactions at his/her work
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
Familiarity with Windows based computers
Possess excellent customer service skills
Experience working with the public and cash
Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays in addition to traditional business hours
Must be able to work in a loud noise environment
Must be over 18 years or older
Strong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
