Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting production data to identify trends and inefficiencies
Conduct time studies, cycle time measurements, and workflow observations
Help map current manufacturing processes using tools such as process flow diagrams or value stream maps
Participate in Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving activities
Assist with standardizing work instructions and updating process documentation as changes are implemented

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic analytical skills
High School Diploma
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
