Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the specialized market segment

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialized market segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Provide Monthly Reports Consisting of Account Sales Summaries, Aged Inventory, Sales Projections, Account Receivables and other Pertinent Sales Information

Technically oriented or keen to learn about the technical aspect of glass manufacturing and decoration

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
