Must be able to translate business needs into system requirements
Time management, planning, organizational, and analytical skills are required
Must be self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and able to function effectively in independent and team-based situations
Written and oral communication skills required, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to express concepts and ideas with clarity
Understanding of software development process required
Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and effectively prioritize tasks
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Proven strong contributor with the capability to work independently
Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following technologies:
Experience in VBA/.Net
Experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
Knowledge of task and process automation
Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
SQL Management Studio
Ability to write SQL queries
Qualification
Required
Full-time student status in a 4-year program majoring in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, or related technical field is required
Must be able to translate business needs into system requirements
