Responsibilities
Lead supply chain strategy and execution across planning, procurement, logistics, and customer service
Oversee demand and supply planning processes (S&OP), ensuring alignment with business goals
Manage a team of 3 – responsible for training, development, and growth of the supply chain department
Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in supply chain operations, including leadership roles
Strong proficiency in SAP and analytical tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Preferred
Worked in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or any technical industry is preferred
