Support the firm’s Commercial Litigation and creditors’ rights practices, including bankruptcy, insolvency, foreclosures, and other state court matters
Ensure that cases are well-organized, deadlines are met, filings are accurate, and attorneys are supported throughout all phases of litigation and bankruptcy proceedings
Qualification
Required
Professional experience as a Paralegal
Experience in Commercial Litigation and Creditors' Rights practices, including bankruptcy, insolvency, and foreclosures
Ability to support creditor-side representation
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure accurate filings
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage responsibilities independently
Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize urgent assignments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for litigation support and legal drafting
