Support the firm’s Commercial Litigation and creditors’ rights practices, including bankruptcy, insolvency, foreclosures, and other state court matters
Ensure that cases are well-organized, deadlines are met, filings are accurate, and attorneys are supported throughout all phases of litigation and bankruptcy proceedings
Qualification
Required
Professional experience as a Paralegal
Experience in Commercial Litigation and Creditors' Rights practices
Ability to support bankruptcy, insolvency, foreclosures, and other state court matters
Strong organizational skills
Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage responsibilities independently
Ability to anticipate needs
Comfortable working on deadlines with a large volume of matters
Ability to prioritize urgent assignments in a fast-paced environment
