Operations Strategy & Process Manager

Responsibilities
Review, document, and improve operational workflows across property management, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and compliance
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and operational risks
Propose practical, scalable process improvements
Lead implementation of approved process changes
Ensure processes are documented, trained, and consistently followed
Evaluate how existing software and systems are used
Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency (including AI where appropriate)
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements
Help ensure technology supports operations rather than complicates them
Work closely with leadership and department managers to understand operational pain points
Support cross-department initiatives tied to efficiency and scalability
Track implementation progress, adoption, and results
Provide clear updates and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in operations, process improvement, systems support, or a related role
Experience working in service-based or operations-heavy businesses
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across departments without formal authority
Clear communicator with strong follow-through
Preferred
Experience in property management, real estate, accounting, or regulated environments is a plus
