Supply Chain Analyst - Contract
Storck USA, L.P. is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage tactical analytics related to demand forecasting and supply planning during a 4-month contract. The role involves collaborating with Supply Chain teams to resolve order variances, create KPI reports, and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities
Analyze historical trends and recommend forecast adjustments
Create, analyze, and report forecast accuracy and bias; identify improvement opportunities
Compare customer orders to forecast to identify potential shortages or delays
Conduct shortage risk analysis and escalate risks as needed
Prepare aging and excess inventory analyses; develop excess lists following post-aging meetings
Support branch transfer analysis and inbound location analysis using DE inbound reports
Refresh and maintain the Pre-Consensus Change file, ensuring alignment across multiple data sources
Conduct comparison forecast analyses across multiple Excel files
Create and update Strategic Program Tracker files
Analyze warehouse status reports and inventory freshness data
Prepare large-to-SUB transition files and related analyses
Update daily and weekly reports supporting team analytics
Ensure ERP (SAP) system data is accurate and reflects the latest volumes, timing, and transfers
Communicate service issues related to stock availability and coordinate resolution
Support variant and item transition processes in collaboration with CSC and Supply Chain
Perform destruction comparisons between SAP and warehouse documentation
Liaise with Supply Chain partners to align data, resolve discrepancies, and support decision-making
Prepare in-depth analysis on specific topics as requested
Support project teams focused on special initiatives and ad hoc requests

Qualification
Required
Excellent problem-solving ability with demonstrated experience managing situations through facts and data
Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze, interpret, and present results
Demonstrated ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Demonstrated decision making ability through utilization of all available resources
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels and requirements of the internal organization
MS Office expertise with a focus in Excel required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and adapt to multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP knowledge preferred
Bachelor's degree required with a focus in business or supply chain preferred
2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
Minimum two (2) years' experience in data analytics preferred
