Responsibilities

Lead programs with a moderate to high regulatory and risk profile, ensuring adherence to governance standards
Oversee consolidated program financials, including budget management, benefits realization, and forecasting
Provide integrated delivery leadership across multiple projects to drive strategic outcomes
Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management methodologies, practices, and principles
Manage initiatives with moderately high to high complexity, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

Required

Prior experience within a banking or financial institution
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Clarity
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
10+ years of overall professional experience (flexible)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven negotiation and conflict management abilities
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational capability

Preferred

Experience supporting digital transformation or digital delivery projects
Previous experience working in a Project Manager role
PMP and/or Agile SAFe certification (asset)
Post-secondary education (preferred)
