Responsibilities

Own day-to-day office operations to ensure a safe, organized, and highly functional workplace

Coordinate building management with the landlord, cleaning services, and maintenance vendors

Maintain office standards related to cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Ensure office supplies are always stocked and ready

Manage incoming mail, shipping/receiving, and light purchasing

Own badging, visitor management/experience, and front-desk operations

Serve as a front-line resource for team member needs and office-related issues

Support in office logistics, meeting coordination, and conference room readiness for customer demos and the executive leadership team
