8+ years expiFlow Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Global Supply Manager to support their mission of bringing innovative products to life. This role is responsible for managing the IT Software category, overseeing commercial aspects of business awards, negotiating contracts, and engaging with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Oversee all commercial aspects of new business awards and renewals
Present contract award recommendations to senior leadership
Negotiate software licensing cost & agreements
Build strong partnerships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
Manage strategic suppliers by establishing and leading quarterly business reviews
Conduct spend analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess software performance
Ensure suppliers meet Rivian and RVT's cost, quality, and timeline objectives
Own the end-to-end sourcing process
Drive both operational excellence and strategic supplier engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of relevant Information Technology (IT) related software licensing experience
8+ years of experience performing strategic sourcing, cost analysis, negotiations and contract negotiations in a indirect procurement environment
Previous ERP systems and purchase order processing experience – Coupa preferred
Previous Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience – Ironclad preferred
Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines
Able to work well with others in a team environment
Effective communication skills and customer service approach
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Highly accurate and detail-oriented
Preferred
Previous ERP systems and purchase order processing experience – Coupa preferred
Previous Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience – Ironclad preferred
