The role involves designing and executing marketing and sales strategies to build brand authority, drive demand, and close revenue while managing campaigns and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (brand → lead → conversion → retention)
Own digital marketing: paid ads, email, SMS, social, website, SEO, landing pages
Develop powerful messaging that positions Peak Vitality as elite, credible, and different
Lead campaigns, launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
Build and manage vendors, creatives, and internal resources
Build, train, and optimize the sales process for consultations, memberships, and programs
Align marketing with front desk, coaches, and clinical teams to maximize conversion
Track KPIs relentlessly: leads, show rates, close rates, LTV, CAC
Create scripts, offers, and systems that close without discounting the brand
Protect and elevate the Peak Vitality brand across every touchpoint
Be a visible leader internally—this role influences the entire organization
Collaborate directly with ownership and leadership on growth strategy

Required

7–10+ years in marketing, sales, or growth leadership
