Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Process Operations team to ensure seamless execution of the Innovation to Consumer (I2C) calendar
Design work-back plans for Raw Materials and Product Development milestones, clarifying roles and outputs
Standardize calendars and tools for a unified view of key project milestones and dependencies
Implement KPI-led performance management and risk review processes for proactive visibility
Modernize reporting to facilitate quicker decision-making across teams involved in product creation
Drive alignment between upstream and downstream operations to enhance product launch readiness

Required

10+ years of Supply Chain experience in an upstream and downstream apparel context, with 3+ years in a director-level position
Proven ability to set a clear vision and align teams towards shared results
Experience thriving in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial setting while fostering collaboration
Strong leadership skills to communicate strategic ideas and garner support across all organizational levels
Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and build partnerships cross-functionally
Extensive experience in developing and executing multi-year business strategies
