Responsibilities
Develop and validate bioassays to support biological drug development
Plan and execute experiments aligned with Process Development activities and project goals
Analyze experimental data, recognize anomalous or inconsistent results, and interpret outcomes
Proactively seek guidance from senior staff to troubleshoot challenges and identify solutions
Participate in group meetings to present and discuss experimental results
Operate laboratory equipment including plate readers and ELISA systems using SoftMax Pro software
Perform cell culture techniques in support of assay development
Select appropriate experimental methods and prepare related technical reports
Plan and organize experimental details with guidance
Perform data analysis and generate graphical data presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in a collaborative team setting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 2+ years of laboratory experience
Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 1+ year of laboratory experience
Basic understanding of ELISA and cell-based assays
Hands-on experience with plate readers and SoftMax Pro software
Strong data analysis skills with ability to evaluate data quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with bioassay development and validation
