Architect scalable front-end systems and reusable component patterns
Build high-performance geospatial and data-intensive visualizations
Define front-end standards, tooling, and best practices across the platform
Lead execution through technical ownership, code quality, and mentorship
Partner closely with backend, data, and simulation teams to ship end-to-end features
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience building complex TypeScript / React applications
Strong instincts for performance, architecture, and maintainability
Experience working with data-heavy, real-time, or visualization-driven UIs
Ability to lead by doing — setting direction while shipping meaningful work
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with high technical ownership
