Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and functional needs—advocating for intuitive, user-focused solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using a variety of languages, tools, and frameworks
Select technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies to support application requirements
Create high‑level architecture designs, defining system structure, component interactions, and integration points
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers
Define and implement testing strategies, ensuring code quality, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices
Continuously optimize software performance, adopting new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
Apply modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, paired programming, and automated testing
Support secure development practices, including encryption, anonymization, and data protection standards
Build intuitive, responsive UI components and user-facing features
Develop and maintain backend services, including APIs, microservices, and ETL workflows
Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate new capabilities into product solutions
Work within a Scrum-based Agile environment, participating in 2‑week sprints and quarterly PI planning
