Responsibilities
Support graphic refresh initiatives for the beverages portfolio by developing compliant nutrition facts and ingredient label declarations
Review and update legacy label information documentation to ensure regulatory accuracy
Ensure compliance of ingredient statements, allergen declarations, nutrition facts, and claims with US FDA regulations
Maintain accurate regulatory data within internal databases and final packaging artwork
Collaborate with Regulatory Leads and cross-functional teams on regulatory initiatives
Provide regulatory support related to nutrition, labeling, and claims for US and potential international markets
Monitor, interpret, and apply current and emerging US FDA labeling regulations
Ensure regulatory compliance for assigned projects under tight timelines
Respond to regulatory questions and provide guidance as needed
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of US FDA food labeling regulations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Nutrition, or equivalent
1–2 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within the Food OR Consumer Packaged Goods industry
Preferred
Experience with Product Vision and Imageworx systems
Prior experience supporting beverage or food labeling projects
