CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is looking for Client Accounting and Advisory Services Interns for their Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salt Lake City locations. The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, supporting multiple clients’ accounting functions, and completing account reconciliations under guidance.

Responsibilities

Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination
Supports multiple clients’ accounting functions
Completes non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by Consulting and Outsourcing Senior, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO
Works as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, principals and clients. With guidance, provides excellent client service to help clients reach their goals

Qualification

Accounting principlesBachelor's degree in AccountingMicrosoft Office proficiencyWillingness to learnClient service

Required

Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data
Willingness to learn new technologies
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
