Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies focused on temperature-controlled packaging solutions
Identify and secure new customers requiring validated thermal protection for pharmaceutical, biotech, cell & gene therapy, and clinical trial shipments
Build strong relationships with supply chain, quality, procurement, and logistics stakeholders
Position passive and active temperature-controlled packaging systems, including reusable and single-use solutions
Lead technical and commercial discussions around thermal performance, lane qualification, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to deliver customized packaging solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
Track pipeline activity and market trends using CRM tools
Represent the business at industry events and cold-chain conferences
Qualification
Required
Proven success in business development or sales within temperature-controlled packaging, cold-chain logistics, or pharmaceutical supply chains
Strong understanding of GDP, thermal validation, and risk mitigation in pharma distribution
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both commercial and quality stakeholders
Results-driven, self-starter with strong negotiation skills
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Experience selling passive shippers, PCM-based systems, insulated containers, or cryogenic packaging highly preferred
