Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deskside support, walk-up bar deskside support hands-on, sit on help desk taking intake calls, base line
Troubleshooting, Hardware/software Issues
Manage AD/User accounts and requests using Admin.net
Refresh PCs and complete data transfers USMT and MigWiz
Perform Daily system checks including plant data centers, VMs and servers
Troubleshooting plant network systems and infrastructure
Assist with all onsite PC/printer maintenance and hardware issues
Processing access requests for FIS, PFS, email, and other systems
Deploying software packages/updates to multiple PC configurations
Tool disconnects and reconnects through the PFCS system
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of IT Support experience
100% onsite role
Open to nights and weekends
Preferred
Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience
IT certifications
CompTIA Certifications
