Responsibilities
Claim and respond to tickets from SAP Ariba customers
Provide positive service experiences to customers
Identify tickets not well suited for Directly OnDemand and reroute to SAP Ariba for needed support
Respond to customer tickets efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant engineering experience
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Familiarity with coding languages, software, or other engineering applications as needed
Comprehensive mastery of the SAP Upgrade product, and SAP Ariba requirements and product supported
Need Hands on Experience in SAP Integration and Management of all SAP Ariba Products
Knowledge of SAP Ariba Latest Versions
Ability to communicate with Customers via chat through the Directly OnDemand platform
Extensive expertise in SAP Ariba, coupled with the knack for articulating technical concepts in clear, accessible language for all users
Exceptional customer service acumen honed through extensive experience
Comprehensive mastery of the SAP Ariba requirements and product supported
Preferred
SAP Ariba certification
