Staff Enterprise Solution Architect (Onsite)

Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice
Design scalable, reliable, and secure architecture solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Maintain application portfolio in one’s area in collaboration with IT & Business Partner teams and leaders
Leverage expertise in software development, quality, and infrastructure engineering to provide holistic architectural solutions
Ensure seamless integration of development, quality, and infrastructure components
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms that align with enterprise standards and business needs, including third-party solutions
Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate technology choices
Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure that tools and services meet enterprise standards
Provide training and mentorship to non-technical teams to ensure adherence to processes and standards
Collaborate with development, quality, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across teams and departments
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance technical standards and practices
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the enterprise remains competitive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
7+ years of relevant and practical experience
Deep functional expertise and moderate technical expertise in one or more areas of focus, e.g., Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, etc
The ability to understand and explain highly complex processes and functional concepts to non-technical team members and leaders
Self-driven ability to design or vet new solutions, influence decision-makers and collaborate with Business Units to oversee the successful implementation of those solutions
Extensive experience in product management, preferably in a senior role
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in user-centered design principles and practices
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps
Solid understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field preferred
TOGAF, Cloud (AWS or GCP), Security, SAP, SAFe
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or similar
Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company (e.g., food production, technology, etc.)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Experience managing products in a global market
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively
Understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets
Strong professional network within the industry
