Responsibilities
Assist in data collection
Perform administrative tasks to assist the Energy Deliver Engineering team in writing work orders
Work on Special Projects assigned by Supervisor and Team Lead
Scanning into OnBase Unity Client
Complete other duties assigned by Supervisor and Team Lead
Ability to use Maximo, Schneider designer software, and Visual for Photometrics
May be required to drive City of Lakeland vehicle to perform assigned duties
Perform related work as required
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a degree seeking program in an accredited college or university in Engineering
Enrollment in a technical program related to the Power, Energy, or Electrical field at an accredited institution
A Resumé must be uploaded with the application to be considered for this position
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Word and Outlook
Valid Florida driver's license
Data entry skills
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with supervisor, co-workers, other City employees and the general public
Skill in communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, and to request clarification when needed
