Responsibilities

Lead and enhance procurement, scheduling, and planning operations, leveraging ERP and process innovation
Build and manage strong supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and long-term partnership development
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ethical standards
Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreements

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced office environment
Hands-on, motivated leader with advanced critical thinking skills
Significant experience in purchasing, including contract negotiation and vendor management
