This position plays a key role in financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting while supporting a large portfolio and working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
Manage and maintain cash flow models tracking actuals, forecasts, sources/uses of funds, and liquidity
Prepare consolidated platform-level P&L and cash flow projections; analyze budget vs. actual variances
Assist with annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and performance management initiatives, including KPI development and reporting
Prepare and manage monthly capital call analyses and presentations
Develop portfolio-level financial models, reports, dashboards, etc
Oversee overhead budget modeling, quarterly reforecasting, and monthly variance analysis
Support cash management activities, including reconciliations and scenario modeling
Review underwriting models, project waterfalls, and forecasts
Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic reporting as needed

Qualification

FP&A experienceFinancial modelingAdvanced ExcelFinancial systemsReal estate knowledge

Required

Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Preferred

Familiarity with real estate industry strongly preferred
