Assist in managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and provide case analysis
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing)
1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
