Responsibilities
Supporting transaction execution across GP-led secondary processes
Coordinating with clients, buyers, and internal deal teams to manage all phases of execution
Delivering thoughtful strategic and analytical input throughout the deal lifecycle
Coordinating communication with GPs, LPs, and other counterparties
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in private equity secondaries
Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
Solid understanding of the private equity secondaries market, deal processes, and strong relationships with market participants
Initial leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident interacting with executives at GPs, LPs, and buyers
Ability to support deal teams, set clear timelines and objectives, and uphold high execution standards
FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required
