You’ll work closely with an experienced partner on a steady flow of corporate matters, including:
Asset and stock purchase transactions
Mergers & acquisitions
Entity formations and corporate governance
Drafting and negotiating core deal documents
Supporting transactions from early stages through closing
Qualification
Required
3–20 years of corporate / transactional experience
Experience drafting M&A agreements (asset or stock purchase)
Experience with entity formations and governance
Comfortable executing work with guidance rather than hand-holding
Preferred
Big Law or sophisticated boutique training
Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset
