Responsibilities
Creating wireframes: Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups that show the structure and layout of product screens
Prototyping: Creating prototypes to visualize designs before development
Designing graphic elements: Creating menus, tabs, and other UI elements
Developing navigation components: Building navigation for the product
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and business SMEs
Prepare and present draft to internal teams and key stakeholders
Adjust designs based on user feedback and maturity of value delivery
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and pain points (e.g., responsiveness, friction, hidden value)
Adhere to approved ABS branding, fonts, styles, colors and images
Qualification
Required
7-10 years' experience in UI/UX Design
Creating wireframes: Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups that show the structure and layout of product screens
Prototyping: Creating prototypes to visualize designs before development
Designing graphic elements: Creating menus, tabs, and other UI elements
Developing navigation components: Building navigation for the product
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and business SMEs
Prepare and present draft to internal teams and key stakeholders
Adjust designs based on user feedback and maturity of value delivery
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and pain points (e.g., responsiveness, friction, hidden value)
Adhere to approved ABS branding, fonts, styles, colors and images
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (7+ years)
Expert level experience with design and wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, etc.)
Portfolio of design projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leverage active listening skills and client empathy to affect design ideas and product improvements
Team player who thrives in matrixed organizations and with various stakeholders at all levels
Good time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in technology related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Product Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.) or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery)
Foundational knowledge of Product Development and Management
Experience in Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Certifications: Certified Professional in User Interface Design (CPUX-UID), Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA), Adobe Certified Professional, Figma UI/UX Design Essentials
