Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift Pipelines (Tekton)
Implement and manage GitOps workflows using OpenShift GitOps / Argo CD
Support containerized application deployments on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to enable secure, automated release processes
Ensure CI/CD pipelines align with DevSecOps and federal compliance requirements
Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and deployment inconsistencies
Provide guidance and best practices for Kubernetes-native CI/CD and GitOps adoption
Create and maintain technical documentation, pipeline standards, and runbooks
Act as a senior consultant, providing architectural input and mentoring team members
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or CI/CD
Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Strong hands-on experience with Tekton (OpenShift Pipelines)
Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift GitOps / Argo CD
Solid understanding of Kubernetes-native CI/CD concepts
Solid understanding of GitOps deployment models
Solid understanding of containerization and microservices architecture
Experience with source control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
